After ordering, you’ll receive a 16-digit serial code. Log in to your Fantia account, go to the bottom of this page https://fantia.jp/mypage/users/coins/charges ("Use code to charge"), and enter the 16-digit serial code. Press Use Code, and the coins will be added to your account.

I can’t redeem my code/My code isn’t working

Please ensure that you are on the proper redemption page (https://fantia.jp/mypage/users/coins/charges) before redeeming your code, and that you are logged into the account that you wish to add your Tora Coin to. Please note that codes are case sensitive. Depending on when your code was purchased, it may have expired. If you believe your code has expired, please contact us for further assistance.

Where do I redeem my code?

Codes are redeemed directly on Fantia’s website, at https://fantia.jp/mypage/users/coins/charges

I bought a code but I can’t find it.

Redemption codes can be found in an email from us at [Delivery].

Why don’t you accept PayPal/credit cards as payment methods?

Due to factors outside of our control, we are unable to accept certain payment methods.

I accidentally bought the wrong type of code. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final.
